Michael Crichton

Mitch Greaves

Michael is a sports strength & conditioning and injury rehabilitation & prevention specialist with a passion for coaching aspiring athletes to their full potential, and mentoring young coaches. With 11+ years of experience at amateur to elite level, Mike has helped people from all sporting backgrounds to achieve their training and sports goals.

Mitch is an Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation in both the athletic & general population, taking pride in his thorough approach with return to sport or activity. Mitch is also the Strength & Rehab Coach at Williamstown Football Club, allowing him to bring elite level rehabilitation practices to our Rehab Program.
